Wanna Lift a Dwarf... in London you can...
A GYM in London has replaced its dumbbells with human weights - including dwarves who shout encouragement to motivate exercise.
The human weights range from "Dainty Diva" Arti Shah, 32, who weighs just 30kg, up to "Super Human" Matt Barnard, 37, who weighs 155kg. Other men and women in between weigh 55, 65 and 75 kilograms.
if the 155 kg guy is not heavy enough i found someone that is wiling to give a extra weight lifting challenge see pic below:
Gymbox at Bank - in the centre of the capital's financial district - today introduced its bizarre fitness regime with human weights ranging from a 155kg man to a 30kg female. The human dumbbells wear black leotards with their weights printed across their chests and sit on adapted machines to let the weightlifter visualise what they are lifting.
Gymbox owner Richard Hilton said it wasn't a gimmick but rather about having a human weightlifting device as the "ultimate embodiment of visualisation theory".
"Creating a mental image or intention of what you want to happen or feel is proven to improve physical and psychological performance," Mr Hilton said.

A Chinese girl has been smiling continuously for the last 12 years.
The Girl Xu Pinghui (no not penguin) from Chongqing started laughing after she got influenza. She was 8 months old at the time. Ever since she has been laughing.
At the age of 2 she even stopped talking because there was only room for laughter. Her Dad Xu Weiming a construction worker has spend his entire fortune on medical treatments for his daughter. But so far none have had any results.

“We rather see her cry than smile one of these days the father said.” A neurologist from Chongqing Medical College now wants to make a brain scan to reveal the girls condition.
Holy crap people the girl has been like this for 12 years and just now they are going to do a brain scan that would have been done after a week here in Holland. Still it’s not as bad as it looks, can you imagine that the girl would have been crying all this time it would have been much worse.
